What is your return policy?
Any returns will be posted at the customers cost. Full refunds will be given on receipt providing the bag is in the condition it was dispatched to the customer.
I have never had one bag returned.
There are no seconds from my workshop. If you do not like what you have ordered I will refund your money no questions asked. I try to make sure the photograph colours are as near as possible to what you will receive. I want you to say WOW as you open the box or packet and love your bag for ever.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal as a payment method.
We also accept all major debit/credit cards that can be processed through PayPal.
Do you offer international shipping?
At present we ship throughout the United Kingdom and to the USA
